Registration has closed on the second of three flights of the $1,650 Main Event at Ameristar St. Charles
The board shows 98 entries, bringing the two-flight total to 128, with Saturday's final flight (Day1C) set for a 1pm tipoff. Play continues tonight until the end of Level 15 at about 1:45am - the same as yesterday's Day 1A and the same for tomorrow's Day 1C. Players who still have chips at the end of Level 15 get to partake in the Bag-n-Tag, returning Sunday at Noon for Day 2, playing down to the final table.
This weekend Hollywood Casino Columbus will host the first televised poker event in Ohio history. The Heartland Poker Tour $1,650 Main Event kicks off with the first of three starting flights Thursday at 2pm. Flights B and C are scheduled for Friday and Saturday, both noon starts.
