Mini Series Main Event Underway in Toledo

The tournament action has been strong all week at Hollywood Casino Toledo for the HPT Mini Series. Today marks the start of the pinnacle event, a $500 Main Event. There are five starting flights for this big blind ante tournament, the first of which just kicked off a few moments ago.

All players who enter this big blind ante event will receive a 25k starting stack and Day 1 blinds are set at 30 minutes. Roughly 10% of the field from each flight will advance to Sunday's Day 2 where blinds increase to 40 minutes.

The second flight of the day will kick off at 5:15pm this afternoon. Tomorrow offers three additional starting flights. Starting times for those are 10:15am, 2:15pm, and 6:15pm. This is an unlimited re-entry format tournament.

The first of three flights in the $1,650 Main Event from Ameristar Casino Hotel East Chicago kicks off today at 2pm. Players start with 30,000 chips and 40 minutes levels in this big blind ante event and registration is open until the start of level 10, or approximately 9:45pm.
